
From Bordeaux-based Moon Harbour distillery comes this single malt whisky made entirely from malted corn. Honouring the areas wine producing pedigree, this French whisky was matured in barrels from Château Rieussec winery. It's then bottled without chill filtration and with natural colour.
Delicate orange blossom honey, with creamy vanilla custard, and some nuttiness.
Velvety and sweet, with buttered popcorn, salted caramel, almond pastries, and some oaky spice.
Some peppery spices but with lingering vanilla sweetness.
