    A marvellous Mannochmore, independently bottled by Douglas Laing! This expression spent ten years maturing in a single refill hogshead, from July 2011 to November 2021, and was then bottled at 46% ABV for the Provenance range, honouring the glorious region of Speyside on its label. 349 bottles were produced.

    Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

    Vanilla latte, raisin, and nutty malt.

    Palate

    Cinnamon and black pepper spiciness, mellowed by a thick layer of toffee.

    Finish

    Cooked apple and pear, dusted with nutmeg.
