Bourbon
Very old Old Rhosdhu, distilled in 1994 and matured for 28 years in a bourbon hogshead. This single cask single malt joins indie bottlers Brave New Spirits' Cask Noir series. Inspired by the big screen, this whisky has been given the title 'Bonnie Banks and the Call of the Past'. Only 307 bottles were produced, bottled at cask strength and without chill filtration.
Mellow marzipan, stewed apples, and Victoria sponge.
