High Commissioner is a blend of various malt and grain whiskies. It's actually not that bad, with a pretty decent balance of flavour.

Nice mild taste one of my favourites.
For my taste, this is a lovely whiskey. I am not a whiskey snob. Along with co-op own brand blend this is my favourite.
I'm sure the only thing it didn't come with was the rag to light it on fire
With a title like that its very off putting. But I was shocked at its taste sometimes cheap is not so bad. I guess drinking top shelf makes some people feel aristocratic. Definitely will buy again.
This is not smooth, it's cheap that's why I bought it, is OK, rough at first then you don't care because your pisht, no hangover though, probably means it's not been in a good oakie for long, 13.00 quid for a 70l dram ain't bad thought mm ?
