High Commissioner is a blend of various malt and grain whiskies. It's actually not that bad, with a pretty decent balance of flavour.
I'm no connoisseur but I do know a good whisky when I taste one and have to say this has the taste of some of the best whisky's out there. Smooth also and cracking value for money

Makes me laugh how people say it is not smooth. Of course it isn't. It's whisky.
This is definitely not a cheap tasting whisky. Excellent value.
Not bad for the price im a Jameson man usually but changed to this for half the price winner winner.
