Nose: Allspice and lemon curd. Mixed peels, cooked fruit and barley grist.

Palate: A spicy, creamy palate with vanilla, granary toast and Black Forest honey.

Finish: Long, herbal finish. Malt.

Overall: A delicious malty, herbal whisky from the Lowlands.
