This addition to Signatory's Exceptional Cask 100 Proof Edition hails from the Linkwood distillery. The 2006 vintage single malt spent 17 years maturing in a selection of first-fill Pedro Ximénez hogsheads and a second fill oloroso sherry butt before it was bottled at a big bold 57.1% ABV.
