This was distilled at Linkwood on the 5th November 1998. It was aged in bourbon barrels 11769 and 11770 for 13 years before bottling by Signatory on the 13th December 2011. A release of 918 numbered bottles.
Crème caramel, Victoria sandwich, quince jelly, pepper and blackcurrant.
Thyme, notes of mint, butterscotch and thick, creamy malt. Simple but very enjoyable.
Soft and fruity, medium-long finish.
