Another top single cask Inchgower from indie bottler Langside! This one was distilled in 2008, and finished in a wine-finished hogshead before it was bottled 2016. Just 422 bottles were released, with oodles of sweet fruit notes imparted from the cask.
Berry coulis and white chocolate, leading into oaky vanilla and blueberry muffin.
Lots of fruity cherry here, supported by notes of anise, cinnamon butter and blackberry jam.
Fresh mint lingers alongside caramel digestives.
