Released as part of Signatory's independent Un-Chillfiltered Collection, this single malt was distilled at Inchgower in 2008. The whisky was matured in a pair of hogsheads – cask numbers 801500 and 801502 to be precise, and matured for a total of 13 years, after which it was bottled up in 2021.
Notes of floral orchard blossom mingle with funky hay and nutty wood.
Fresh apples and stewed pears with a touch of syrupy pineapple cake, vanilla cream and a dash of herbal, oily dressing.
