Inchgower 11 Year Old 2007 (casks 801394 & 801395) - Un-Chillfiltered Collection (Signatory)

Distilled at Inchgower in 2007, this single malt was then whacked into a pair of hogsheads and left to mature for 11 years. After such time, Signatory woke the Speysider from its slumber and bottled it for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection in 2019.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Lemon shortbread, apple crumble and floral honey.

Palate

Creamy vanilla and cinnamon spice, with buttered toast and ripe pear.

Finish

White chocolate buttons and a hint of banana.
