A single cask bottling of 18 year old single malt from the legendary Highland Park distillery on Orkney. This was distilled in September 1997 and bottled in April 2016 at cask strength. This was bottled by Hunter Laing for their Old & Rare Platinum range, with 266 bottles produced.
Heather honey, smoke and vanilla. A touch of medicinal peat.
Continued smokiness, with a little bit of old leather and apricot.
Lingering honey, clove and cinnamon.
