
This whiskey from Finland's capital is made with a mashbill of 70% rye and 30% malted barley, aged initially in 200-litre American virgin oak barrels for a minimum of three years before being finished for three to six months in rum casks that previously held Guyanese and Jamaican rum.
Toasted oak, some rummy tropical fruit, and a hint of juniper.
Smooth rye spice, raisins, orange zest, and a touch of liquorice.
Mellow and delicately sweet.
