This was distilled at the Littlemill distillery in November 1991, before a 21 year maturation in a single cask (a refill hogshead). It was bottled in 2013 and comes from the Old Malt Cask range from Douglas Laing. There are just 262 bottles available.
Allspice and lemon curd. Mixed peels, cooked fruit and barley grist.
A spicy, creamy palate with vanilla, granary toast and Black Forest honey.
Long, herbal finish. Malt.
A delicious malty, herbal whisky from the Lowlands.
