This indie Glengoyne was distilled in 2007 and whacked into a single sherry butt, where it matured for the following seven years. Finally, it was drawn from the cask in 2014 and bottled by Langside for the Hepburn's Choice series, with a release of 417 bottles at 46% ABV.
Porridge with brown sugar, with dates, oak spice and chocolate icing.
Subtle sherried dried fruits, with milk chocolate orange and clove.
Toasted nuts and cinnamon swirl.
