Sherry
Single cask Glenallachie from the North Star Spirits range, distilled in August 2008 and aged in a Sherry butt for 8 years. In May 2017, North Star bottled it up with an outturn of 326 bottles.
Stewed plums, brown sugar-coated pastries, raspberry, cinnamon.
Hot clove and cardamom. Hints of juicy raisins and Sherried peels.
Waxy orange, mint leaf and more cinnamon.
