This Glen Scotia single malt Scotch whisky was matured for exactly 24 years in a single hogshead cask. Yes, "exactly 24 years" - it was distilled in the 17th of April 1991 and bottled on the 17th of April 2015! This was independently bottled by the chaps at Signatory.
So silky smooth it trickles down your throat soothing your nose and palate as it passes glorious floral notes. Words cannot do justice to this whiskey experience. I can taste every one of those 24 years and will be waiting to see when master of malt restocks this one. Thank goodness for small bottlings!
