This is an Old Malt Cask bottling of Glen Moray single malt, aged for 21 years in a single refill hogshead. Back in March 1995, it was distilled and set aside to age until August 2016, when Hunter Laing got their hands on it and bottled it up. A release of 111 bottles.
Chocolate-chip pancakes with butter, a hint of nutty marzipan. Orange oil.
Blackcurrant, creamy vanilla, brown sugar and leafy herbs.
Nutmeg and oily walnut.
