Independently bottled 7 year old Fettercairn single malt Scotch whisky, finished in a European oak quarter cask. This was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2016 by Langside for the Hepburn's Choice, with an outturn of 140 bottles.
Barley sugar, sultanas, dark chocolate ice cream and liquorice.
Stewed apples, almond, orange and blackcurrant jam.
Vanilla, with Christmas-cake-spices.
