Fettercairn 10 Year Old 2007 (cask 11776) - Provenance (Douglas Laing)
A Douglas Laing bottling of 10 year old Fettercairn single malt Scotch whisky, matured in a single refill hogshead cask. This was distilled in February 2007 and left to mature for a whole decade, until it was bottled for the Provenance range in May 2017. 379 bottles were produced.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Cut grass, pear, yellow plum and caramel.
Palate
Bramley apple, vanilla-y barley, almonds and chocolate peanuts.
Finish
Orange oil, a touch of cedar.
