Distilled at Dailuaine distillery in 2011, this single cask single malt matured in a first-fill bourbon hogshead for 11 years before being bottled by Brave New Spirits for its Cask Noir series. This whisky was bottled at cask strength, without added colour or chill filtration.
Sweet jasmine, white grapes, Sicilian lemon, and vanilla fudge.
