10-year-old single malt from Craigellachie, distilled in September 2012 and matured in a first fill oloroso sherry butt. The cask was opened by indie bottler Signatory, releasing a total of 634 bottles for its Cask Strength Collection in March 2023.

Nose

Honeycomb and syrupy sponge cake with nutty malt and bold, spicy oak.

Palate

Bold oak leads joined by robust baking spices, dark chocolate, and treacle toffee.

Finish

Stewed orchard fruits and pastry linger alongside toffee sauce, pepper, and ginger.
