Bourbon
A brilliant indie Clynelish here, distilled in the Highlands in March 2008. The single malt was left to mature in a pair of bourbon barrels for just over a decade, and in February 2020 Signatory decided it was time to bottle the whisky for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection at 11 years old.
Creamy milk chocolate and barley sugar, with touches of green oak.
Floral malt and salted caramel, with spiced vanilla custard. =
A drizzle of honey and a dusting of ground ginger.
