Single cask 10 year old Clynelish, independently bottled by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. This was distilled back on 1st March 2008 and set aside to mature in a hogshead cask until 10 April 2018, when it was bottled without any chill-filtration. Which is good as the name wouldn't make any sense at all if it was chill-filtered.
Honeyed porridge and creamy malt lead with touches of gingerbread and stone fruit.
Orange blossom, vanilla and buttered rye bread emerge among dry oak and candle wax underneath.
Toasty spices and nutty chocolate linger.
