Enjoy Bulleit Bourbon like the Americans do! Previously it has been bottled at 40% ABV for the UK market, but now you can get the Frontier Whiskey at 45% ABV, just like they have in Kentucky. A stunning whiskey that won a Gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2012.
Give this a go in a smashing Mint Julep cocktail following the recipe below!
60ml Bulleit Bourbon
20ml Simple syrup (1 part sugar to 1 part water)
8-10 mint leaves, and three mint sprigs.
Pack a julep cup with crushed ice so it can start getting nice and cold. In a mixing glass, combine the bourbon, syrup, and mint leaves. Use a muddler to lightly bruise the leaves in the glass to release their flavour, then strain the contents into your julep cup. Garnish with three nice big sprigs of mint, (give them a little pat first, to release their minty aromas!) – then stick a straw in close by.
Bright with orange zest, toasted oak and vanilla.
Further orange notes, followed by some warming winter spices and a hint of tobacco leaf.
Smooth and spicy.
A new style of Bulleit (at least for us), but it's still as brilliant as ever!

Not the best bourbon not much flavour and what flavour there is is not good or smooth. Paid twenty pounds and would not pay anymore than that. I'm going to stick to Jim beam devils cut which is way superior and smoother in taste and quality and is cheaper
I'm normally a single malt drinker, but I like my blended whiskeys as well. Bought this bottle due to the fact that I have tried many different whiskeys of late, both blended and single malts and I was looking for something that changed things up a bit. Taste whys it's quite rough. Tried it with both water and ice, but it remains sharp, young. You can really taste the Rye, as the spicy notes is heavily present. It's not anything like my daily drinks but nice all the same. I'm not sure bourbon really is for me. Personally I prefer the cleaner and more sophisticated flavor of my single malts, especially when the price is pretty much the same, at least here in Sweden. Tomas, Sweden.
I am a whiskey girl... and for the price, it suits my palette very well. Smooth, - a tad of spice and saweetttttt
Excellent drink with a great taste reminds me of my college days well recommended
If you like vanilla citrus bomb of a bourbon, at a very good price. This whiskey has you covered. Nose is slight acetone. Arrival is full of flavour, sweet and sour, with a decent bite as it develops. Ending in a very pleasant albeit short finish. I bought a bottle for a third of the price of my favourite, Blanton's Gold, but not a third of the flavour. If you're short on cash but still want a good bourbon you cant go wrong.
