Single cask single malt from Royal Brackla right here, independently bottled by Signatory after 12 years of maturation. It was set aside to age in a refill butt back in June 2007, and then bottled a dozen years later in July 2019, complete with a shiny presentation tube.
Fragrant, floral malt arrives first on the nose, swiftly followed by fizzy orange, roasted almonds, vanilla custard and apple pie.
Crunchy brown sugar, toasted cumin seeds, flaky pastry and Brazil nuts.
