Distilled in 2007, this impressive single malt from Blair Athol spent 17 years maturing in a host of first fill oloroso sherry butts. The casks were opened by Signatory, independently bottling the whisky at a robust 57.1% ABV for its 100 Proof Editions, without added colour or chill filtration.
