The 1st Peated Release from London's Bimber distillery is a marriage of four heavily peated American oak bourbon casks, filled from its earliest fully peated distillation in May 2019. Bottled at 54.1% ABV with a PPM count of 14.4, Bimber originally sold the release of 1,140 bottles via ballot.
