A rich, biscuity BenRiach, distilled in February 1990 and aged for 21 years in a refill hogshead before bottling for the Old Malt Cask range in January 2012. A release of 342 bottles.
Nose: Spiced, rich and creamy on the nose, notes of barley, gingerbread and apple peel.
Palate: Grist, stem ginger in syrup, black pepper, cedar wood and citrus zest.
Finish: Barley sugar and white chocolate.
