The Bardstown Bourbon Company used a mash bill of 36% rye alongside 60% corn and 4% malted barley for this Kentucky straight bourbon and aged it for six years. The high rye content means you can expect a burst of spice alongside silky notes of caramel, vanilla and oak char, making this a splendid sipper and an ideal base for premium cocktails.
