An impressive Auchroisk single malt joins the Symington's Choice Cask Strength Collection from independent bottler Signatory. Distilled in 2008, this whisky enjoyed a finish in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead before it was bottled at cask strength in 2025 — a release of 339 bottles.
