An Auchentoshan single malt aged for 16 years in a single refill hogshead cask, independently bottled by Douglas Laing. It was distilled in September 2000 and bottled in March 2017 with an outturn of 319 bottles.
Citrus blossom, butterscotch and a hint of juicy raspberries.
Drying on the palate with white pepper and lemongrass. More red berry notes later on.
Refreshing and sweet, with touches of orange peel lasting.
