Reyka is an Icelandic vodka, distilled from wheat and barley. It is also the world's first "green" vodka, it being made from glacial water and distilled using sustainable energy from geothermal heat.
An enjoyably full, rounded mouth feel carries soft notes of vanilla, lemon and earthy pepper.

I normally don't drink vodka but picked this up on a flight stop over at Keflavik Airport. It really is the most delicious drink. I take straight, chilled. It has a very clean, pure freshness, with a deeply satisfying subtle flavour. Smooth and creamy but with a definite kick. You can taste the glacial purity of the water. Quite sublime
Smooth, prefer it neat.
Gorgeous vodka, bought a bottle the other week. Drank straight from the freezer over ice it's a lovely sipping drink. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys a straight vodka, or even with a dash of tonic.
wow just been stuck in a snowdrift on way back to Ion Hotel in Iceland. tried it long with cranberry juice. no aftertaste just a warm afterglow. superb.
simply perfect . without effort . this is what the rest of the world wishes it could be . Perfectly clean flavour with just a note of Icelands fire to finish with. So many a memory or a perfect evening has been had with Reyka. My fave is a quartered lemon juiced over ice, a generous amount of Reyka.... and sometimes just a splash of cranberry for colour.
