In The Loop - Dry White English Vermouth
From East Sussex-based In The Loop comes this Dry White English Vermouth, made with grapes grown on the English isle. With a focus on sustainability, and local produce, the vermouth from this solar-powered winery boasts a bouquet of seven English botanicals, such as gorse, chamomile and lemon verbena, all brought together by a backbone of bitter wormwood. An excellent aperitif, this will also do very well in a vodka Martini.

Juicy white grapes with gentle citrus and a complex, earthy, herbal medley. Dry, with a balanced tartness, and pleasant bitterness.
