A white vermouth from the Ferdinand's selection, made using their Slate Riesling grapes and barrel aged in Mosel Fuder Oak Casks. Intriguing stuff from these excellent producers - sure to pair well with their Ferdinand's Saar Dry Gin.
Peppery thyme, helped along by the very subtle oaked notes. Refreshing though dry fruit, along with a touch of orchard blossom.
