“Got this with a selection of other new/not-yet-taster Red Vermouths (Sacred and Starlino). Hands-down winner; a deep cherry colour and a much better bitterness/sweetness balance than most. Went great in a Negroni and Manhattan, bringing a herbal and spicy character. Also drank well just with ice (others came up quite cloying and one-dimensional in comparison). Will buy again”

An English vermouth from Suffolk here, this Rosso expression from Agora is packed with fragrant botanicals like rose, lavender, vanilla, anise and cassia! It's a fairly spice-forward bottling, so we reckon it would be right at home in a Manhattan.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Cassia and anise at the fore, with vinous red fruit, woody spice and touches of menthol.
