Crafted from sustainably sourced pure sugarcane, Two Shores Rum is distilled in the heart of Central America before undergoing a unique ageing process that sets it apart from other rums. The rum is initially aged for eight years in ex-bourbon casks in Panama, where the equatorial humidity works its magic, imbuing the spirit with deep, rich flavours. But the journey doesn’t end there. The rum is then transported to the west coast of Ireland, where it is further matured for up to 12 months in carefully selected aged Irish whiskey casks

Two Shores Oloroso Cask Finish
Two Shores Rum takes fantastic spirit distilled in Panama, made from pure sugar cane, and then pops it into a cask to finish it on the west coast of Ireland for a minimum of six months. In this case, the brand chose an oloroso sherry butt that previously held Irish whiskey to do the job. It's a rich rum that's great over ice.
Tasting Notes
Buckets of dried fruit are drizzled in caramel and dusted in nutmeg for good measure.

A fresh take on the Irish Coffee – it’s rich and layered natural flavour contains notes of demerara, dark chocolate, and a subtly nuttiness, that lifts the roasted notes of good coffee to create a deep, luxurious and well rounded flavour in the finished drink.

Two Shores Amarone Cask Finish
Peated whisky, oloroso sherry, and Irish single malt are the cask profiles we've seen from Two Shores Rum so far, which specialises in finishing eight-year-old Panamanian rum from Autentico Nativo in barrels that previously held Irish whiskey on the Emerald Isle's west coast. Now comes arguably the most intriguing of them all, an Amarone cask that's been seasoned by its previous contents of tasty Irish whiskey.

Two Shores Irish Single Malt Whiskey Cask Finish
Two Shores sourced this sugar-cane distilled rum from Autentico Nativo, a distillery in Panama, and treated it to a finish for a minimum of 6 months on the west coast of Ireland in casks that previously held 19-year-old single malt. Interesting stuff this.

Plenty of creamy vanilla and butterscotch blend with dried mango and aromatic nutmeg.
