The 2023 Edition of Cù Bòcan 15 Year Old returns to Tomatin’s winter distillation experiments, when lightly peated spirit was produced in the colder months. Matured exclusively in oloroso sherry casks for at least 15 years, this is a richer, smokier take on the distillery’s style. Limited to 6,000 bottles, it’s bottled at 50% ABV, non-chill filtered, and presented with natural colour.

Tomatin Legacy is the distillery’s no-age-statement entry point, but it doesn’t coast on simplicity. Matured in a mix of ex-bourbon barrels and virgin oak casks, it brings together soft Highland fruit, vanilla sweetness, and a touch of fresh oak spice. Bottled at 43% ABV, it offers a clean, approachable take on the Tomatin house style with just enough structure to keep things interesting.

Tomatin Cask Strength Bourbon & Sherry Casks delivers the distillery’s spirit in a more direct, unfiltered form. Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, it balances vanilla, orchard fruit, and dried fruit richness with a solid backbone of oak spice. Bottled at 57.5% ABV, this was the first cask strength release in the core range and remains one of its most full-bodied expressions.
