Komos Tequila is produced from 100% blue weber agave harvested in the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco, roasted in traditional stone ovens, twice distilled in copper pot stills, and bottled in handmade ceramic decanters. This añejo expression spends at least 12 months resting in a combo of French oak wine barrels, bourbon barrels and sherry casks for a rich, rounded expression with sweet notes of dried stone fruits and toasted nuts alongside zesty agave and silky caramel.
Rich coffee mixed with caramel toffee, lifted by bright citrus zest.
Soft and full, with hints of hazelnut, dried apricots.
Lingering, with allspice, white pepper, and opulent amber notes.
