Named after naturally-occurring swimming holes created by holes formed in limestone bedrock, Cenote Añejo Tequila spends a year maturing in American oak barrels before being bottled. It's created by master distiller Arturo Fuentes and master blender Alejandro Garcia Páez using blue agave which has matured for at least 6 years.
Chocolate truffle, clove, anise, green pepper, orange oil, tree sap, honey.

You should never buy a tequila for the bottle- but if you are going to- hell, buy this one-its incredible!! This is one of the richest anjos you will ever try- the initial taste is like syrup off a spoon but there is a rolling super smooth long finish that never gets sickly. Its the perfect example of a tequila as a 'digestif'- serve with a rich pudding whilst impressing your guests with the bottle mechanics!- its all good fun....
