Extra Añejo Tequila
If your taste buds are tuned to the brilliance of well-aged whiskies, but you fancy something a little different, extra añejo Tequila ought to be right up your street. Extra añejo Tequila must be aged for at least three years, which is two more years than añejo Tequila – that additional time in casks allows for the flavours to develop and deepen, making for some incredible expressions. Of course, since it takes so much longer to mature, extra añejo Tequila can be somewhat hard to come by, and often it can cost you a pretty penny, but it is very much worth it to search out these terrific Tequilas.
