Tekirdag Raki is a Turkish spirit made from grapes and distilled with aniseed, traditionally served with cold water and alongside plenty of food. For the Tekirdag Raki Gold Series, the distillers mature the spirit in oak casks to add a further depth of flavour.

If you like anise drinks like me then this has to be the best of the best!. When I lived in the Turkish home land for 17 years this was the one of the top rakis out there. I've been importing my own for many years now but it's self everdent I no longer need to do that any more. This is best enjoyed with a couple of bottles on the table with lots of spiced foods to eat with friends & family with ice cold water. This is the best tasting anise spirit in the world and trust me I've tried a great deal of them, this one I highly rate !!!
