From the same folks who brought you Oli'Gin, Manguin has now created Oli'Still! It's an olive distillate, made by macerating olives grown in Provence. As you'd expect, it's full of the hallmark sweet, savoury and salty notes you find in the fruit (yep, olives are technically a fruit). A unique tool to elevate all sort of cocktails, and can even be used in cooking!
