Another intriguing agave spirit from El Destilado. This particular expression was made using the Tobaziche agave variety by Berta Vasquez in San Baltazar Chichicapam, Oaxaca. Enjoyably fruity stuff, with a few savoury notes sneaking through.
Dried pineapple, lime, salted nuts, freshly cut oak, and a hint of spruce.
