Harveys Bristol Cream is a classic aperitif sherry, best serves very cold. Offers nutty, raisin notes.
Isn't it a horrible disappointment?! Not a dry sherry, as Harveys Dry was. Where did that go? Not smooth. NOT Creamy. Both the soaked fruit for Christmas pudding and the sauce have needed doctoring~we will not be buying HBC until an apology and return to the classic.
The Solera Sherry is not Harveys Bristol Cream. It is awful. What a shame! We have bought Harveys Bristol Cream for decades, but we will not be buying this
Dreadful. Is it still sherry? The nose is overwhelmed by ...industrial alcohol? This classic has been ruined by heavy handed commercialisation. Sadly after 50 years HBC and I must part company
What has been done to this? Thin, and definitely a shadow of it's former self. What a horrid shock.
How terrible. One of the things in life which I most enjoyed was Harvey’s Bristol Cream. Now some heartless business men have substituted it for Solera sherry at my supermarket. How do I get the real Bristol Cream? I am prepared to pay. J M Thomas 92 years old.
