What on earth has happened to HBC Sherry. It’s tastes absolutely awful
Such a pity. Just bought a bottle as usual for Christmas thinking it was the usual Bristol Cream, only to find the bottle might look like it but it doesn’t taste like it at all, it tastes dreadful. Why ruin the perfect Sherry? We certainly won’t be buying any more Solera Sherry. Please bring back the original. This is a travesty of what was the Queen of sherries. It will certainly do a lot for Croft’s sales....but Harvey’s should be ashamed of themselves.
Harvey's, What have you done The New Bristol Cream if awfull, it has lost the warming rich texture. I will no longer buy this inferior excuse for a cream sherry
I have to say I was very disappointed with this new version, I thought it was awful you have ruined a great sherry, can't see why you don't make and sell both versions I know you want to get into the new younger market and thats fine but your older loyal customers has to suffer by this not very nice wine you like to call it. shame on you will never buy again
Bought a bottle to have as usual over Christmas. I have been drinking this for over 50 yrs. Just had my first taste - awful ! Very sweet and grainy on the palette. What on earth have you done to this quality sherry? Certainly won't be buying this again. What a waste of my money!
