From the groundbreaking Grenadian Renegade Rum Distillery comes this exceptional rum, produced from single origin sugar cane! For over a decade, Renegade has been working on reintroducing different varieties of sugar cane to Grenada, exploring the variety of terroirs that the volcanic island has to offer. Distilled in a column still, this expression is produced from a sucrose rich variety of cane called Lacalome Red, grown in the clay heavy soils of Anderson’s field, Dunfermline. The terroir for this region is known as Mango Lane, and this alone makes us want to pack up our bags and sail off to Grenada immediately.
