RedLeg is a superb spiced rum made with Caribbean spirit which was aged in old oak whilst being infused with Jamaican vanilla and ginger. Just superb and very good on a crisp Winter's evening!
Custard apples and cinnamon. Lovely, inviting ginger notes. Very spicy.
Good level of sweetness with gingerbread and hints of black pepper. Sweet, creamy vanilla.
Long, spiced finish. Stem ginger in syrup.
Found this little in Gem in Brighton last year. You can literally just drink this stuff straight, its so smooth. Sailor who?
