RedLeg is a superb spiced rum made with Caribbean spirit which was aged in old oak whilst being infused with Jamaican vanilla and ginger. Just superb and very good on a crisp Winter's evening!
Custard apples and cinnamon. Lovely, inviting ginger notes. Very spicy.
Good level of sweetness with gingerbread and hints of black pepper. Sweet, creamy vanilla.
Long, spiced finish. Stem ginger in syrup.

You can smell and taste the aged authentic Caribbean rum and the perfect compliment of vanilla and ginger make it work on the tongue without being too sweet like Captain Morgan's or Sailor Jerry equivalent spiced rum is. Lovely best or mixed with Apple juice, coke and a little ginger beer in a long glass

Excellent Rum, great smooth flavour; which tastes fantastic neat or with a mixer. Really well priced, good value for money
A bit 'thin' when drinking neat. Doesn't seem to have much behind it after the lovely smell and the first taste. Almost watery to me. I'm going to experiment with tiny dashes of Vanilla Cola or even Cream Soda to see if I can get some body into the taste.
Smell: sweet almost chocolatey! Spiced overtones. Nice Neat: lots of vanilla in the initial taste, surprising... quite alcoholic, no aftertaste! Not that nice! With coke: the vanilla overtones really comes through with coke. A little spice. Little alcoholic tone aswell.
