Chocolate, caramel and spice, a delicious rum. I bought a bottle of Appleton Estate 12 y.o. Rare Casks dark rum, also from Master of Malt, with the intention of making a Mai Tai cocktail. I can happily confirm that the Mai Tai was sublime too.
